I’m a journalist with The Tennessean. Because of overwhelming flooding in our city the last four days, my “day job” has been more like a “round the clock” job. That’s why I haven’t posted in a while.
I’m not complaining. Getting information to people is an important part of helping my city overcome this disaster.
Here is a link to our ongoing Nashville Flood coverage. And here is a list of “dos” and “don’ts”, including what you can do to help.
I hope you and your family are safe and dry.

Did somebody say “six pack”?
Wait! That’s your neighborhood? Are you and the fam ok?? I have been thinking about you and the team a lot because I know you are working around the clock. Your coverage had been amazing though so THANK YOU! I keep seeing these tweets from news people at the stations saying they haven’t eaten. haha. So listen here friend-If you guys need food, or a six pack for that matter, haha, let me know and I’ll bring it over. You all are doing such a great job of keeping us all informed but you shouldn’t go hungry doing it
